Top Golf

Our upcoming Top Golf fundraiser has been rescheduled! We will now host our inaugural fundraising event on Tuesday, May 6 from 4:00 - 7:00pm to better accommodate schedules of our members. Please join us for a fun evening of golf, food, networking and prizes all while raising funds to support the mission of the Barnabas Group KC.  This is an excellent opportunity to invite others to come learn about our organization!  There are many ways to participate so see which option is best for you.

Quarterly Meetings

The quarterly meetings are one of the main aspects of our ministry. It is a high energy, inspiring event which includes presentations from ministries, networking, great food from the kitchens at Fiorella’s and more. These meetings have been described as a “Christian version of Shark Tank” where you, the marketplace professional, are one of the sharks!

Ministry Assessment and Coaching

Before a ministry can present at a quarterly meeting, we work with them via an assessment and coaching process. This includes a SWOT and Drucker question assessment, review of the messaging and identification of areas where marketplace leaders can help them realize their potential and fulfill their vision. We also help coach them on their Barnabas Group KC meeting presentation to ensure it is concise, impactful and inspiring. This is another opportunity for Barnabas Group KC partners to use their talents to maximize ministry potential.

Leadership Training

Our leadership training events are designed to help ministries and partners to maximize their potential impact. They are held online and include topics such as “improving ministry board effectiveness”, “sharpening your impact through Proverbs”, “discovering your calling” and “contribution and capacity”.

Networking Events

The Barnabas Group KC is made up of a great community of business leaders, consultants and marketplace professionals. All of us share a strong passion for using our talents to advance the purposes of God by maximizing the potential of ministries. Our networking events are fun, encouraging and inspirational. They include our quarterly “bagels with Barnabas” and other social activities.
