  • Accelerate your vision

Ministries often face many of the same challenges that our participants have dealt with in their business careers. These can impact areas such as long term planning, marketing, information technology, legal, board governance, business development and HR. Our community of professionals is eager to use their skills to overcome these challenges and help ministries realize their vision.

  • Raise the level of leadership excellence

We host periodic leadership training sessions for ministry leaders. These sessions feature leadership experts from within the Barnabas Group KC as well as outside the group. Participation in our leadership training is open to leaders of any ministry which completes our application. Previous sessions are archived in our ministry leader portal, along with additional leadership resources.

  • Develop leader to leader relationships

Ministry organization leadership comes with unique challenges and demands. Sometimes having the perspective of a leader from outside your organization can be valuable. Especially a proven business leader who is passionate about your success. Our “leadership over coffee” initiative teams a ministry leader with a business leader from the Barnabas Group KC. They meet at least once per quarter to discuss life, leadership and other topics of relevance. The goal is to provide an additional layer of support and encouragement to ministry leaders.

  • Provide specialized services

In situations where a ministry needs one or more experts on a short term basis to perform a specific role, the Barnabas Group KC partners may offer specialized services.
